Are Bayesian designs for phase III trials supported?

  • Currently rpact does not have functionality for Bayesian designs
  • However, we are currently working on Go/No-Go decision rules and corresponding operating characteristics for Bayesian as well as frequentist designs
  • This will come into rpact in the next few months
  • Please note that this will be rather applicable to phase II trials
  • We are open to extend rpact also for Bayesian phase III trial designs and would be curious to hear about specific methods and requirements

Is MCP-Mod supported?

  • Currently rpact does not have functionality for MCP-Mod designs
  • As far as I know the standard package is DoseFinding from the Novartis team
  • Also here we would be curious to hear more what you might need

Can we create a plot for cumulative events with rpact?

  • Which plot do you have in mind?
  • We would be happy to extend rpact with the relevant plot

MAMS: Analysis time and total study duration?

  • How to estimate the total study duration, analysis time at IAs for a multi-arm, multi-stage design with time to event endpoint?
  • Patient-wise MAMS simulations will be available in the next major rpact release (survival, enrichment)

Can we have an AI assistant to help us write rpact code?

  • We are actually just starting to develop this!
